Founder & Creative Director
Tim Delaney
Tim is the Creative Director of Leagas Delaney. He is renowned as one of the most influential figures in the advertising world.
His contributions to the industry have been formally recognized with his induction into the One Club USA Hall of Fame, the UK’s Campaign Hall of Fame and China’s Advertising Lifetime Achievement Award. He is a working copywriter.

Gareth Davies
Gareth is the CEO of Leagas Delaney, having joined the agency as MD in 2020.
Prior to that, Gareth spent 12 years at Havas, latterly working across their UK and Global Group and before that as Managing Director of Havas London and Cake. Gareth is responsible for all of our clients and the commitments we make to them.

Alice Schaffer
Alice is Strategy Partner at Leagas Delaney.
Alice trained at BMP DDB and later held senior roles at Havas and JWT. Alice has extensive experience working across both local and global brands, spanning a wide range sectors.
Alice is responsible for defining brand and creativity strategies that unlock growth through rigour, insight and creativity.

Neil Clarke
Neil joined Leagas Delaney as Creative Partner in 2025.
Alongside his teammate Jay Phillips, he has won over 150 international awards for design and creativity. Previously he was part of the creative leadership team at BBH London, overseeing clients including Samsung, Barclays and The Premier League.
Before that, he spent 8 years at AMV BBDO where he was a creative director on Meta, Mars Petcare and The V&A museum. He works across all clients at Leagas Delaney.
